Turnaround Construction Lead

What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 10 years, ideally 15+ years, of site experience across all aspects of Construction and Turnarounds, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and more.
- Proven ability to lead crews in refinery, chemical plant, LNG, gas plant, or upstream facility environments.
- Strong knowledge of Safe Work Practices and OSHA standards (1910 & 1926).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a TWIC card within 30 days.
- Experience with marine environments, hot/cold taps, and pile installation is a plus.
- Competence in managing safety, quality, cost, and schedule during execution.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing multiple work groups across different management levels.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours during turnaround periods.
- Previous experience in field leadership roles involving refinery, chemical, or upstream facilities.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive hands-on experience in construction, turnaround execution, and project management in complex industrial settings.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work 12+ hour shifts during turnaround periods, including potential work beyond 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.
- Clear communication and ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, teams, and management.
