Sioux Falls, SD office has an exciting opportunity for a
Trust Portfolio Manager! As a Trust Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining client portfolios for our trust company. You will be responsible for executing investment strategies, monitoring performance, maintaining target allocations, and providing trading recommendations while ensuring compliance with account investment objectives. This role requires analytical skills, strong attention to detail, basic understanding of modern portfolio theory, and the ability to effectively communicate with peers about investments.
This is a
hybrid position (typically in-office 3 days per week).
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is

Primary Job FunctionsPortfolio Maintenance- Implement investment strategies aligned with account objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics.
- Monitor portfolio drift and rebalance accounts as needed.
- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports.
- Meet with trust officers to review account specific investment strategies and performance.
- Maintain accurate records for investment decisions and related account activity.
Internal Responsibilities- Provide basic investment insights to support team members with account reviews and administration.
- Report to investment committee.
- Assist with implementation of new processes and business standards.
- Support special projects as assigned.
Education/Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trading or investment related role.
- Proficient in trading industry practices and portfolio performance measurement.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $104,800.00 to $157,200.00. However, the base salary range bolded above
($115,000.00 to $135,000.00) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
