Who you are:

As a Trust Advisor III with Frost, it's all about building relationships. You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of complex trust accounts, ensuring that each account operates effectively. You know the importance of being there for your customers and fully understanding their needs. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:
  • Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with the governing documents
  • Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact (including attendings with clients and potential clients as appropriate) and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall experience
  • Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking operative updates and appropriately documenting exceptions
  • Lead and mentor other account administrators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure effective team collaboration and achievement of departmental goals
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes


What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with 3+ years of trust administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience administrating complex fiduciary accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications


Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in trust accounting systems
  • CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
