You will own strategy, drive litigation, and represent clients with confidence and precision - supported by an experienced legal team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex personal injury cases in North Carolina District and Superior Courts (South Carolina Bar admission is a plus)
• Manage all stages of litigation, including investigation, discovery, motions, mediation, and trial
• Conduct depositions, coordinate with experts, and prepare witnesses
• Try cases to verdict, delivering persuasive arguments and effective cross-examinations
• Provide clear, strategic counsel to clients throughout the process
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
