They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We're looking for a Treasury Manager to collaborate on liquidity management activities and enhance our overall framework. You'll advise on the optimization of returns from liquidity and capital deployed.

What you'll be doing- Supporting our Head of Liquidity in developing, building, and maintaining a best-in-class liquidity and funding management framework
- Working closely with Product Owners and the Risk team to deliver the ILAAP, which includes analysis on liquidity, funding risk, and regulatory requirements (LCR and NSFR)
- Leading the implementation of appropriate liquidity management tools for data capture, control, measurement, reporting, and forecasting
- Reviewing the Group's risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures
- Supporting growth through understanding and optimizing the business' liquidity/funding needs
- Maintaining liquidity and funding policies
- Developing and diversifying funding programmes, covering both secured and unsecured funding
- Staying informed of emerging trends in financial markets, which might affect the funding strategy
- Assisting in designing our liquidity investment portfolio
What you'll need- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues into their component parts to identify the root cause, propose solutions, and gather support
- The ability to work in a high-performance environment, deliver practical solutions, influence stakeholders, and deal with ad-hoc requirements from start to delivery
- A structured approach with solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Experience in liquidity and funding management within global banking or financial services
- A thorough understanding of US-based regulatory regimes
- The ability to assess and interpret new/revised regulatory policy, and communicate impacts to businesses, senior management, and committees
- Experience in a top-tier financial institution or fintech (preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function)
Nice to have- Expertise with regulatory liquidity regimes in other geographies, such as in Europe
- Knowledge of liquidity stress-testing methodology
- A background in consultancy
Compensation range- US: $117,300 - $138,000 gross annually*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
