About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst to join the Global Payments & Liquidity team. This role partners closely with Treasury Management Consultants and commercial banking partners to support business development activities, client service initiatives, and treasury solution delivery for commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting the sales lifecycle of Treasury Management products and services.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with Treasury Management Consultants to support sales, prospecting, portfolio growth, and client relationships.
• Analyze client needs and identify Treasury Management opportunities, solutions, and service enhancements.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, client reviews, and other sales materials.
• Participate in client meetings, lead appropriate client interactions, and own follow-up activities.
• Coordinate implementation and onboarding activities to ensure timely execution and a strong client experience.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Service, Product, and other teams to resolve client needs and issues.
• Maintain accurate pricing, pipeline, implementation documentation, and reporting.
• Manage multiple client requests, implementations, and priorities while meeting service expectations.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Build Treasury Management, sales, and client management expertise while supporting team coverage, collaboration, and development.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Payments, or Cash Management teams.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and implementation processes, including ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Experience supporting business-to-business sales activities and client relationships.
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively across business and functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and research tools to gather and analyze information.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
