Reports to: SVP, Treasury Management Sales ManagerStatus: ☒ Exempt • Non-ExemptAbout the RoleThe Treasury Management Officer drives new business through the sale of the Bank's treasury services and serves as a consultant and business partner to the Relationship Management team. The role identifies client needs, develops customized sales proposals, performs cost-benefit analyses, builds pricing scenarios, identifies margin opportunities, participates in customer calls, and provides pre- and post-sale client support.

What You'll Do- Generate new business by identifying market opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, and referrals.
- Determine client needs and cross-sell treasury products and services to internal and external clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide real-time updates using available tools.
- Partner with the Relationship Management team to educate clients and sell additional products through onsite and telephone meetings.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and the full suite of Treasury Management products and services.
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries, training, and support requests related to Treasury Management and Internet Banking products while maintaining service quality.
- Review customer agreements, maintenance requests, and cancellation forms for completeness, accuracy, and adequacy.
- Complete new-client setup and deletion requests and provide client training for related products and services.
- Support departmental audit requirements and help implement and complete agreed audit recommendations.
- Support Bank employees in all areas of Electronic Banking and Treasury Management products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on system capabilities, client onboarding processes and worksheets, and Bank agreements related to Treasury Management services.
- Understand and comply with all laws, regulations, Bank policies, safety requirements, and procedures applicable to the position.
- Attend required training and maintain knowledge of financial institution regulations, including BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, the Bank Protection Act, FACTA identity theft requirements, Information Technology, and GLBA.
- Perform additional duties as assigned that relate to the position.
What We're Looking For(Required)
- Five years of related Treasury Management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Education or training applicable to the financial industry, including in-house training, formal education, or financial-industry curriculum.
- Working knowledge of applicable state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank operational policies and procedures, and Bank products and services.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to train others, prepare reports and procedures, and communicate clearly with customers and employees.
- Ability to address complex, non-standardized problems involving multiple factors and variables.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Consistent professionalism, teamwork, attendance, quality of work, and adherence to policies and regulations.

- Experience supporting client onboarding, treasury platform administration, audit readiness, and relationship-management sales efforts.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and work location. This position is also eligible for an incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
