Traveling Superintendent who is built for complexity, leads without hesitation, and takes ownership of delivering commercial projects on time, on budget, and done right. If you are the type who steps onto a jobsite and instantly knows what needs to move, this role was made with you in mind. This is not a behind-the-desk position. You will be boots on the ground, calling the shots across a portfolio of commercial construction projects stretching up and down the East Coast from New York to North Carolina. No two projects are the same. No two days are the same. And you will have the authority, the backing, and the resources to handle whatever comes at you.
What the Role Looks Like:You will manage day-to-day field operations across active commercial projects, keeping timelines locked in, budgets in check, and quality standards non-negotiable. You will coordinate and direct subcontractors, act as the primary point of contact for owners and clients on the ground, and get ahead of problems before they turn into delays.

Compensation:- Salary range - $110,000 - $125,000
- 401(k) with matching employer contribution up to 4% (after 1 year)
- Paid Time Off
- Mileage Reimbursement: The company reimburses for mileage beyond 50 miles daily at the IRS rate (currently, .70 per mile).
- Per Diem: A small per diem for food.

Qualifications• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including second or third shifts
• Minimum 6+ years of Construction Project Management experience OR a degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience in commercial construction required, with experience in medical work preferred
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and Engineering plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Excel, Project, and Word is required
