Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing large commercial construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to build positive relationships with owners, engineers, and government officials.
• Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and workforce across sites.
• Competent in performing thorough project take-offs and estimates.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and return submittals for project items.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to determine equipment and crew needs.
• Assemble and update job cost codes regularly.
• Manage subcontractor coordination and material deliveries.
• Review and approve estimates and invoices from subcontractors.
• Negotiate and coordinate Extra Work Orders for project scope changes.
• Monitor job production and cost to maintain profit margins.
