You would be responsible for directing and coordinating materials and labor resources throughout the life of a project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participation satisfaction. What You'll Do:
Supervise and manage subcontractors, assistants, and field crews.
Oversee job site scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Enforce company policies, including safety and compliance.
Perform and schedule job site inspections for project closeout and Certificates of Occupancy.
Maintain and update "as-built" and "history" drawings on-site.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in construction supervision (preferred).
Experience managing projects valued at $1,000,000 or greater.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, scheduling, safety, and plan reading.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Travel to multiple job sites as needed.
Position Benefits:
Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience.
