In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with project set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management, and relationship management
- Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
- Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.
- Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subs, and Shawmut staff
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management and/or relative field a plus
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites orother project management software aplus
- Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects
- Required: 3 6 years of construction management experience with a general contractor
- Flexibility to travel nationwide
Salary Range Information
U.S. Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
