Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP for a travel therapy assignment at Martha Franks Retirement Community in Laurens, South Carolina.
This is a full-time travel opportunity within the Continuum Therapy Partners network. Continuum is the therapy provider supporting the facility directly, which gives travelers clearer communication, better insight into the assignment, and direct support from a team that understands the clinical environment.

Estimated weekly gross pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax withholdings, and approved reimbursements. What You'll Do• Provide skilled Speech Language Pathology services in accordance with clinical standards, physician orders, plan of care, and facility expectations.
• Evaluate, treat, document, and support patients with communication, cognition, swallowing, safety, and functional independence.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.
• Support discharge planning, patient education, caregiver education, and functional outcomes.
• Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach.
What We're Looking For• Active or eligible South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist / SLP license.
• Prior skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician.
• Net Health experience is a plus.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start.
