Generate resort awareness through direct sales and digital solicitation; direct in-person sales calls, tradeshows and networking. Work closely with sales and commercial team to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
What you will do- Identify and target customers from assigned market that will generate business on behalf of hotel
- Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
- Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of resort and offerings including F&B, Spa and recreation. Possess an in-depth understanding of comp set's Features/Advantages/Benefits.
- Establish and maintain strong Golden Sales & Catering hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans.
What you bring- Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years)
- Proven sales track record a plus.
- College Degree - 4 years, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
