About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting & Treasury, the Manager - Travel, Expense & Fleet serves as both strategic owner and operational leader for the company's global Travel & Entertainment (T&E), Fleet, and Expense Management programs. Managing a team of two specialists, this role balances end-to-end category strategy, supplier governance, and technology optimization (including SAP Concur and our TMC) with hands-on oversight of policy administration, fleet operations, and employee reimbursements.

  • Overseeing day-to-day Travel & Expense operations, including employee reimbursements and corporate card administration.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on T&E policies and systems.
  • Partnering with the Company's fleet provider to ensure timely vehicle delivery and effective fleet management.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for Travel, Fleet, Expense Management, and Corporate Card programs aligned with organizational growth and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) reduction targets.
  • Leading competitive end-to-end sourcing events (RFXs), supplier selections, and contract negotiations across airlines, hotel chains, ground transportation, fleet management companies (FMCs), and travel tech platforms.
  • Benchmarking rates, policy limits, and service level agreements (SLAs) regularly to ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and employee experience.
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure policy compliance and strengthen internal controls.
  • Developing and reviewing program metrics and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing two specialists while actively supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Travel & Expense, corporate card, fleet, or similar operational programs, including at least 2 years of direct people management.
  • Hands-on operational and strategic experience managing SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) and working directly with global Travel Management Companies (e.g., Amex GBT, BCD Travel, CWT, Navan).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Advanced excel, contract negotiation, financial analysis, TCO modeling, vendor governance, and change management skills with the ability to develop meaningful reports and analytics for leadership.


The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
