Full Job Description
Wilson & Company's Southwest Team is seeking a Roadway professional with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform roadway design and modeling
  • Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes
  • Work with experienced designers and project managers, as well as collaborating with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects
  • Primarily working on projects in New Mexico with opportunities to support regional projects
  • Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.


Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • New Mexico Professional Engineer licensed or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • 1-4 years' experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
  • Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
  • A background in traffic engineering design and H&H design can be helpful in this role.


Annual Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000
