Full Job Description
The Retirement Transitions Data Lead II (DL II) coordinates with internal stakeholders and partners for platform updates and installation of moderately complex services for retirement plan clients. This job partners with external vendors and internal partners to obtain all necessary data for each transition. The Retirement Transitions Data Lead II ensures that data is comprehensive, inclusive, and accurate to ensure the enterprise's medium-sized clients and moderately complex changes succeed. As a subject matter expert in retirement transitions, this job assists with platform transition services for retirement plan clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Implements complex projects for institutional retirement plans with high quality data outcomes.
  • Advises on data solutions regarding complex plan administration challenges.
  • Resolves risks and issues for complex retirement plan implementations in a timely manner.
  • Engages and leads appropriate resources in a highly-matrixed environment to resolve data issues.
  • Guides less experienced team members regarding retirement plan transition challenges that require more advanced knowledge.
  • Ensures internal tools and procedures are updated based on new learnings.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7

Base Pay Range: $93,600/yr - $106,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
