Description

Airrosti Providers (licensed Chiropractors and Physical Therapists) are full-time, W-2 employees who share one mission: to fix pain fast.

As an Airrosti Provider, you'll be able to focus on delivering exceptional patient care by evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries using our proven, evidence-based treatment model. You'll focus on hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education - without the pressures of managing staff or running a business.

What You'll Love:
  • Freedom to focus exclusively on clinical excellence - no administrative overload.
  • Established referral network of medical providers and patient flow driven by digital and in-person marketing efforts.
  • A collaborative network of Chiropractors and Physical Therapists who are passionate about clinical excellence and patient results.
  • Full benefit package and competitive compensation that allows for financial growth as your practice grows.

Requirements:

We're looking for licensed Chiropractors with strong interpersonal and communication skills. To be considered, you must:
  • Be open to both short-term (a few months) and long-term (a few years) assignments at any Airrosti clinic across Texas (view clinic locations here). Assignment locations are dependent on business needs and are likely in the smaller Texas markets (ex: Amarillo, Brownsville, College Station, Harlingen, Odessa, Wichita Falls, etc.), but can also include major metro areas.
  • Have the ability and desire to relocate to new assignment locations with short, but reasonable notice; assignments and durations are determined by business needs and may change at any time (financial relocation assistance is provided for all company-directed relocations). Assignment duration is dependent on hiring a permanent employee to work at the clinic and can range anywhere from a few months to a few years.
  • Commit to the Transitional Assignment-Based role for a minimum of two years - after role fulfillment, priority placement in desired long-term city based on company needs
  • Have a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree (or already be in the process of obtaining your Doctor of Chiropractic degree)
  • Be passionate about patient care
  • Have exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength
  • Have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $118,000+ (FIRST YEAR)
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance

  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Flexible PTO, Company & Floating Holidays
  • And much more!
