Transition to Run & Operational Readiness
- Lead the transition from transformation delivery into standardized, steady state run operations, ensuring clarity of ownership, governance, and service accountability.
- Validate that operational processes, controls, and support models are in place to sustain transformation outcomes post-implementation.
- Partner with service owners and operations leaders to ensure the transformed environment meets agreed service levels, resilience, and compliance expectations.
Internal Collaboration & Influence
