Job Description:

Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one 7clean8 ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are seeking a Transcend Process Manager OTC. This role will be located in Titusville, NJ with an alternate location in Brazil.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Process Manager to drive the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA global process template within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role is responsible for deploying the standardized value stream solution globally, ensuring strict adherence to SAP Clean Core principles while designing only legally required localizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional process expertise on a supply chain function (Deliver, Source, Plan, Quality, Logistics), a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the life sciences sector, and a collaborative leadership approach to successfully guide cross-functional teams through the ERP transformation journey.

The position will directly lead a functional team of process experts. Additionally, they will have matrix leadership over contractors, and support personnel such as CEBA and PMO team members.

The Process Manager will be a key face to the site personnel for the specific deployment and will need to be able to compose and influence in the face of resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities

Global Template Deployment

  • Implement the global functional process template across regions and business units to drive standardization, ensure compliance, and align with SAP standards.

  • Lead S/4HANA functional template deployment by promoting standard solutions and limiting customization to defined legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure solution build aligns with SAP Clean Core principles by prioritizing configuration over custom development and using standard extensibility frameworks to support scalable, balanced outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams 6including business SMEs, IT, SAP consultants, validation partners, and system integrators to deliver value stream outcomes on time and at quality.

  • Partner with value stream leads (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Manufacturing) to align and enable integrated, end-to-end process design across the enterprise.

  • Connect business units, program leadership, and technical teams by aligning on scope, timelines, and business readiness to support successful deployment.

Solution Delivery & Validation

  • Lead solution delivery across detailed design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV), and business process walkthroughs.

  • Drive value stream testing activities 6including functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation in alignment with SDLC practices.

  • Partner with Quality and regulatory collaborators to develop and support approval of validation deliverables aligned with GxP and compliance requirements.

Change Mgmt & Training

  • Partner with Change Management teams to build user readiness and drive adoption of the global value stream template.

  • Develop and deliver training materials and process documentation tailored to regulated users and business collaborators to support consistent adoption.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • University level degree in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience. MBA preferred.

Required:

  • A minimum of 6years of proven experience.

  • Deep knowledge of value stream processes in GxP-regulated environments, including commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition, to support compliant and efficient operations.

  • Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, extensibility strategies (e.g., In-App, Side-by-Side), and the implications for long-term system sustainability.

  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and collaborator engagement skills, including experience working with business leaders, regulatory bodies, and global teams.

Preferred:

  • Apply knowledge of CSV, SDLC, and GxP practices to support compliant system implementation and validation activities.

  • Bring experience working in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments to support operations within regulated settings.

Other:

  • Proficiency with SAP tools including S/4HANA modules relevant to the Value Stream, (i.e. Sales and Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), Fiori, Solution Manager.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 120 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
