Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a
Transaction Advisory Senior Associate focused on Financial Due Diligence to join our team in any of the following office locations:
Jericho, NY; New York, NY; Park Ridge, NJ; Chelmsford, MA; Needham, MA; Glastonbury, CT; or Wayne, PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Supporting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements by performing analyses and assisting in the evaluation of transaction opportunities
- Analyzing financial statements, operating results, and key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and other factors impacting transaction outcomes
- Assisting in the preparation of QoE reports, presentations, and client deliverables that communicate findings, adjustments, and key financial insights
- Evaluating revenue, earnings, working capital, cash flow, and balance sheet accounts to assess the financial performance and health of target businesses
- Conducting detailed financial analyses and research to support engagement teams throughout the transaction process
- Collaborating with engagement teams to gather and organize client data, perform testing procedures, and meet project deadlines
- Participating in client meetings and management interviews while developing relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Contributing to multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Staying current on industry trends, accounting developments, and transaction advisory best practices to enhance technical knowledge and client service
- Supporting a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, professional development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Traveling to client sites and firm offices as needed to support engagement requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of Transaction Advisory experience, and 3+ total years of relevant experience
- CPA license required
- Construction and/or manufacturing & distribution industry experience desired; Industry agnostic experience considered
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, initiative, and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and consistently demonstrates respect for others

New York ranges are from $90,000 - $110,000
New Jersey ranges are from $90,000 - $110,000
Massachusetts ranges are from $90,000 - $110,000
Connecticut ranges are from $90,000 - $110,000
