Training Manager - Supply Chain Center of Excellence you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving specialty chemical solutions forward. The Training Manager is responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving supply chain capability programs across the Supply Chain organization. This position leads the Supply Chain training strategy, professional development programs, skills assessments, certification governance, and the Supply Chain SME program.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain the global supply chain training curriculum. Govern enterprise planning standards, IBP and ITP governance frameworks, operating procedures, control plans, and process playbooks across all planning functions. Deliver training as needed, especially in support of major initiatives
- Govern training content, competency frameworks, certification standards, and career development pathways. Manage strategic project portfolios and ensure realization of targeted business benefits
- Lead enterprise certification programs including APICS/ASCM and other planning-related development programs.
- Manage training effectiveness measurement, participation tracking, and capability assessments. Coordinate with other CoE functions on functional and skill audits
- Own and manage Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert, Intern, and Developmental Rotational programs
- Develop coaching standards supporting continuous improvement and adoption
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. MBA or MSC Preferred.
- 5+ years experience in training, capability development, supply chain leadership, or organizational learning
- Experience developing professional training programs and competency frameworks.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning disciplines including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Integrated Business Planning
- Strong executive leadership, change management, and organizational development capabilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
