  • Salary Range: 123,400 - 178,500 annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.)


Project Overview:

The project is a 1.3 GW simple-cycle power generation facility located in Millersport, Ohio, being constructed adjacent to a hyperscale data center campus. The facility includes multiple power generation technologies consisting of Solar Titan 130 gas turbines, Siemens SGT800 gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and associated balance of plant infrastructure.

The scope includes major civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, underground utility, control systems, and commissioning works required to support phased energization and turnover of the facility. Construction will be executed through a combination of direct hire and subcontracted labor supported by modularization, pre-assembly, offsite warehousing, and advanced work packaging methodologies.

Job Summary:

Plans, coordinates, develops, facilitates, and evaluates workforce training programs supporting project, craft professional, and employee development initiatives. Works with project leadership and functional organizations to identify training needs and ensure training programs support project safety, productivity, compliance, workforce development, and operational excellence objectives..

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate workforce training and development programs.
  • Assess training requirements and support development of annual and project-specific training plans.
  • Deliver classroom, field, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, instructors, facilities, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain employee training records and qualification databases.
  • Support craft workforce development, apprenticeship, and skills enhancement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with project leadership, workforce services, ESH, quality, and operations personnel to ensure training needs are satisfied.
  • Assist in development of learning materials, presentations, procedures, and training aids.
  • Promote workforce development and continuous learning initiatives.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Typically 8+ years of training, workforce development, organizational development, human resources, or construction operations experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering workforce training programs.
  • Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or project environments preferred.


Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and workforce development methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems and training databases.
  • Ability to develop effective instructional materials and learning solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and employee development needs.
  • Knowledge of workforce qualifications, training compliance, and competency management systems.
