What Impact You'll HaveGRVTY is seeking a Course Developer-Instructor for TechELINT to support the development and delivery of advanced technical training.
What You'll be OwningThe Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction of analysis on intelligence derived from a variety of sources. You will be responsible for:
- Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
- Maintaining expertise in TechELINT.
- Developing new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
- Using good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation.
- Updating of TechELINT teaching and course material.
What You Must HaveThe Training Content Developer-Instructor must possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area).
- 8 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years).
- If the candidate does not have a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area):
- 10 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years); and
- Prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 "Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis" or SIGE Course 4810 "Advanced Radar Theory" or a Published Technical Paper in a TechSIGINT related area.
- TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph

$165,000-$185,000 USD
