Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience (or 14 years of experience in lieu of degree)
• Minimum 5 years in Modeling & Simulation for Operational Level of War (OLW)
• 5 years of scenario development and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) writing experience
• Experience with Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) or similar tools
• Active Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop synthetic exercise scenarios in line with naval, joint, and coalition doctrine
• Assist in creating crisis roadmaps and operational storylines for training objectives
• Design synthetic exercise injects and manage MSEL tools for event tracking
• Link scenario elements and MSELs to simulation activities and operational needs
• Create exercise documents such as orders and directives
• Coordinate with project leads to prepare exercise artifacts and reports
• Offer recommendations for integrating synthetic elements into live training exercises
