Training AdvisorThe Position: Reporting to the Safety & Emergency Response Superintendent, the Training Advisor's primary objective is to support the training needs of Kidd Operations' departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality training materials to all personnel;
- Coordinate training activities for contractors and Kidd Concentrator personnel;
- Develop and implement delivery plans for training systems;
- Complete induction requirements and verify contractor competencies;
- Ensure training meets legislative requirements and time frames;
- Schedule and document training activities required to maintain company systems;
- Mentoring training officers and embedded trainers.
Skills and Qualifications:The ideal Candidate will have:
- A University degree or College diploma with 2-4 years' experience in a training capacity;
- Certification in Train the Trainer would be considered an asset;
- Demonstrated technical writing experience including report writing and training development;
- Strong planning, organizational and facilitation skills;
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent computer skills including use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications;
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:Competitive total compensation package including:

- Annual compensation of CAD$80,000 to CAD$100,000.
