Full Job Description
Trade Customization Site Lead Role reports to: Senior Director, Deliver Operations Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Trade Customization Site Lead is accountable for end-to-end site operations, inclusive of production, inbound, outbound, and inventory execution supporting Trade Customization. This role ensures materials and finished goods flow accurately and on time across third-party logistics providers (3PLs), copacking and assembly sites, and internal distribution centers. The Site Lead ensures accurate inventory movements, SAP transaction integrity, and alignment of distribution execution with Trade Customization project timelines. Key Responsibilities Site Operations Execution Owns supplier and co-packing site performance and capacity management with keen focus on service, quality, cycle time, cost, and compliance. Lead daily inbound and outbound coordination for Trade Customization materials and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, transactional integrity, and service adherence. Oversee reconciliations, adjustments, damage returns, and material destruction authorizations. Execution Performance & Issue Management Monitor execution risks and service performance. Lead corrective actions for recurring issues. Escalate execution risks with impact and recommendations. Support onboarding, training, and adherence to standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Planners, Project Managers, Finance, Master Data, Transportation, and external partners to drive executional excellence for trade customization. Support performance reporting and execution metrics.
