Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Dodd Frank Trade Reporting to CFTC/SEC/CAS/EMIR
  • Experience with OTC Derivatives including FX, IR, CR, EQ, CM

  • Proficient in documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Solicit requirements for integration between internal applications like Murex
  • Review upstream and downstream integrations for updates and documentation completeness
  • Contribute to project deliverables by providing overall solutions
  • Perform testing for assigned deliverables and participate in release cycles (SIT/UAT)
  • Provide mapping details to development teams and assist in task identification
  • Develop and document test cases for system integration testing (SIT)
  • Assist users during UAT and analyze any testing failures

Solicit requirements for integration between internal applications including Murex

Business Analyst skills set

Review up / downstream integration(s) for possible updates or documentation completeness

Contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables

Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)

Skills

Must have

5+ years of experience in Regulatory Business Analysis

Some regulatory knowledge of Dodd Frank Trade Reporting to CFTC/SEC/CAS/EMIR

Analyze system data flows to understand and map internal data elements to regulatory reporting fields in CSV/XML/FpML formats.

Knowledge of OTC Derivatives FX/IR/CR/EQ/CM (Swaps/Options/Exotics)

product knowledge and post trade lifecycle events.

Provide mapping details to development teams. Work with Project Manager to identify tasks: requirements to development to testing and help with tracking and status updates

Follow through with detailed system integration testing (SIT). Develop and document test cases for SIT

Work with users on UAT and assist with testing. Analyze failures.

Work on front to back reconciliation of reportable fields between internal systems and trade repositories

Good analytical skills to analyze data mappings and trade flows linking multiple systems.

Good documentation skills for BRDs, JIRAs, Confluence. Excel skills e.g. VLookups etc.

Good communication skills, team player and most importantly flexibility to adjust quickly to a very dynamic fast paced work environment.EST/NY hours, or overlap with EST hours at least until 1-2pm EST
