About the Role:

As a CBRE Total Rewards Sr. Analyst, you will support the compensation systems and tools that Total Rewards run day by day.

This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area, which focuses on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation and benefit programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Log and track work tickets with product suppliers or support organizations. Provide end users with a detailed explanation of ways to use the systems more efficiently.
  • Partake in department audits and create reports based on that information.
  • Create correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
  • Serve as compensation contact to provide advice, direction, and guidance on complex compensation matters.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of your own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex
  • problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate
  • judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate complicated figures such as
  • percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Total Rewards Sr Analyst position is $80K/yr and the maximum salary for the position is $90K/ yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
