4.14. Basic Qualifications for Training Management Specialist Personnel

a) Must have a Secret or Interim Secret clearance.
b) Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in registrar, training administration, or military education support roles.
c) Must be proficient in ATRRS, DTMS, UAPR, and Microsoft Office Suite.
d) Must be familiar with TRADOC policies, AEAS standards, and accreditation processes.
e) Must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
f) Must be capable of working independently and maintaining continuity in a dynamic training environment.
g) Must have experience with digital recordkeeping and secure file management systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, IKN).

4.14.1. Duties and Responsibilities

a) Manage student records and documentation in compliance with TRADOC and AEAS standards.
b) Maintain and update ATRRS, DTMS, and UAPR systems.
c) Coordinate course schedules, CMTE calendars, and training events.
d) Support TRADOC accreditation and internal audits.
e) Digitize and securely store student records using approved platforms.
f) Facilitate communication through IKN and other secure channels.
g) Train staff on administrative systems and procedures as needed.
h) Assist with college credit reevaluation documentation and coordination.
i) Provide continuity and expert support to instructional staff and leadership.

 

4.14.2. Performance Expectations

a) Ensure 100% compliance with training documentation and reporting requirements.
b) Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records with zero data loss.
c) Enable the reassignment of at least two NCOs to instructional duties per course.
d) Demonstrate initiative in improving administrative processes and tools.
e) Provide consistent support across training cycles without disruption.
f) Contribute to measurable improvements in instructional availability and training efficiency.

       

Compensation Details:

$67,000 - $100,000
