Drive cross-training between process and equipment technicians and directly manage spare parts availability on the floor

Work side-by-side with Manufacturing Operations to support daily production priorities and throughput objectives

Own shift-level hold lot management - triage active holds with process technicians and on-shift engineering, drive timely disposition decisions, and ensure CM entries accurately capture lot status and initial process assessment to minimize cycle time impact

Partner closely with process and equipment engineering to address SPC trends, reduce scrap and rework, and drive cost reductions
