Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arizona
• 1-2 years of relevant therapy experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in diverse clinical settings
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and health strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with health regulations
