Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance use disorder and addiction treatment and a passion for helping individuals navigate their recovery journey. In this role, you will support clients ages 18+ in breaking the cycle of addiction and returning to their families and communities from a place of resilience. This position provides therapeutic support, guidance, and counseling across multiple levels of care, ensuring clients receive the tools and resources necessary for sustainable recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Completion of intake assessments following pre-assessment.
Development of individualized service and treatment plans.
Presentation of clients in treatment team meetings.
Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients.
Facilitating didactic lectures, client groups, and other therapeutic activities.
Maintaining appropriate contact with relevant individuals involved in client care.
Collaborating closely with Case Management and other interdisciplinary team members throughout the client's treatment and recovery journey.
Supporting discharge planning and referral coordination.
Meeting all documentation requirements for accreditation standards, state licensing guidelines, and billing purposes in a timely and complete manner.

Minimum Qualifications
Education / Credentials

Working Conditions
