Position Purpose:Our mission is to provide help, hope and recovery to children, youth, adults, and families. We are seeking a licensed therapist to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide individual, group, and family behavioral health services. This position is located at our office in La Grange IL working with clients in a behavioral health outpatient setting.
Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus!Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field.
- Licensed in Illinois as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
- Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling
- Ability to work within a team

Responsibilities:- Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
- Lead Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapy groups.
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
- Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
- Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
- Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
- Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
- Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
- Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
- Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
- Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
- Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
- Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
- Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
