Overview

is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work Part-Time or Full Time (2-5 days per week) in nursing facilities across Greater Boston, MA area (work available in Dorchester, Chelsea, Mattapan, and West Roxbury).

*OPPORTUNITY FOR $100k+ PER YEAR AT FULL TIME (5 DAYS/WEEK) (PAY PRORATED BASED ON SCHEDULE)*

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:
  • Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments
  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Develop behavior plans for residents
  • Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff
  • Enters patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities
