Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy, or related clinical field.
• Licensed at independent practice level (LICSW preferred, LCSW and LMHC accepted).
• Minimum of two years of clinical work experience required.
• Eligible for credentialing as a Qualified Mental Health Professional within 2 months of employment.
• Knowledge of resources for crisis stabilization and hospitalization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive outlook on client change.
• Flexibility in scheduling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy to clients as necessary.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments including initial intakes and follow-up evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop person-centered recovery plans.
• Offer clinical consultation to case management staff.
• Complete agency records using a collaborative documentation method.
• Engage in crisis response services involving risk assessment and intervention.
• Advocate for clients with timely referrals to various agencies and follow-up communications.
