Job Title: Texas State Manager
Reports to: National Sales Director
Location: Corporate Office (FFC) - Remote
Position Description:
The Texas State Manager leads four regional sales teams in Texas in an effort to maximize current and long-term sales/marketing goals. Through effective leadership this position will drive sales and ensure sales quotas & revenue goals are obtained, account retention, build market share, promote product diversity, and ensure customer satisfaction. Working under the direction of the National Sales Director, the position will lead the Texas Sales Team in the development and execution of collaborative sales and business strategies in accordance with First Financial Group of America's practices. The position will also ensure all Texas Sales Teams adhere to all company policies & procedures as well as ethical standards of business conduct. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in insurance/benefits sales & marketing with an excellent understanding of the K-12 market, hospitals, and city/county government markets and overall operations
5 years of experience working with benefits management software and systems
Willing to travel 50 - 60% throughout Texas in support of the regional sales teams' objectives with overnight stays
Strong customer service skills and a proven track record handing sensitive client information
Strong knowledge of HIPAA
Must have proven oral & written communication skills, as well as presentation skills demonstrated through work

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Series 26 Securities License (or be able to obtain in 12 months)
