In support of Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), we are seeking a Test Analyst.
Responsibilities:General requirements are as follows:
- Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the engineering or scientific work in a project or perform work that involves conventional engineering or scientific practices.
- Generate specifications or plans to support the development of acquisition documentation.
- Support technical findings, opinions, or recommendations.
- Perform customer liaison, make presentations, and attend customer meetings.
- Consult with stakeholders on technical applications to support program management decisions.
Specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform the administrative and technical support required to analyze, develop, review, update, and deliver Test & Evaluation (T&E) documentation (i.e., Test and Evaluation Master Plans, test annexes, test reports, test strategies, test plans, and test procedures) in accordance with the Marine Corps T&E Handbook and program T&E policies and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive planning and coordination with Government and non-Government test agencies to schedule facilities, materials, and personnel to successfully execute test events, to include the preparation, execution, and closure of Test Readiness Reviews.
- Provide continuous support throughout test events, to include observing tests; analyzing T&E artifacts; developing and providing input to supporting documentation (i.e., Test Incident Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrices); and hosting Technical Review Boards.
- Schedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
Education/Experience:- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-6 Years of Experience
Specific/Preferred Requirements:- Secret Clearance required.
- Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Marine Corps policies related to providing complex acquisition analysis and planning and management support, not limited to DoD Instruction 5000.02, Adaptive Acquisition Framework and the Marine Corps Systems Command Acquisition Guidebook.
Physical Demands:This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
