Job Description

Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time TESOL Coordinator to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year.

TESOL Coordinator Pay Range: $60-$62 per hour

TSEOL Coordinator Position Details:

  • Full time (7:30am-4pm)
  • Responsible for the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages programs at all four campuses
  • Working with the TEOSL teachers to make sure they stay in compliance with deadlines and paperwork (coach and support them across the campuses and provide service minutes as needed)
  • TESOL cert/endorsement required
  • Coordinator experience preferred


TESOL Coordinator Qualification(s):

  • Active licensure in the state of Ohio
  • School Certification in Ohio
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)


TESOL Coordinator Responsibilities May Include:

  • Implementing specially designed instruction to drive student achievement
  • Conducting progress monitoring data and adjusting instruction based on the data
  • Establishing a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom
  • Providing support to students, parents, and general education staff and supporting student learning
  • Mentoring and coaching students on self-regulation and organizational skills
  • Developing effective IEPs that translate into measurable results for students
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings
