Job Purpose
GSK is looking to hire a Territory Manager to join our Respiratory Division. This role is field-based and reports directly to the District Sales Manager. This position covers Northern Ontario, including Sudbury and North Bay. The ideal candidate will reside in or near these areas.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a primary care territory and building/executing strategic business plans that drive business growth. You will foster meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), marketing, and other internal partners to support GSK's mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.

- Develop and execute territory business plans and customer-specific sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored solutions and improve patient outcomes
- Integrate product, clinical, and competitive knowledge into meaningful customer conversations to differentiate GSK products and inspire customer action
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize territory activities and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth
- Effectively manage territory resources and budget, leveraging the right channels, tools, and internal and external resources to maximize customer impact

- Ensure all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standards
Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or a related field
- 3+ years of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related commercial environments
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a business-owner mindset and the ability to proactively identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role while collaborating effectively across teams, fostering strong relationships and contributing to shared business objectives
- Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to adapt communication and sales approaches to meet diverse customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively across multiple channels
- Proven organization, planning and time management skills to prioritize and manage a large, dynamic territory
- High learning agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel
Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a highly competitive sales environment
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific research and clinical data in a compelling and compliant manner to support customer, patient, and business needs
- Experience leveraging data analysis and business insights to optimize territory performance and inform strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with omni-channel engagement platforms and CRM systems to optimize territory planning, personalize customer interactions, and drive data-informed decisions
- Knowledge of/previous experience in the Northern Ontario healthcare landscape
