Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate activities to enhance product usage in the assigned geography

Full Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB: Route 92 Medical seeks a Territory Sales Manager to manage the activities in relation to training, value analysis, and customer support of all the products and services offered by Route 92 within their designated geographical area. This role will support the Kansas City, MO area. We are looking for people passionate about innovative, disruptive technology to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
  • Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
  • Collaborates with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory
  • Participates in negotiations with key accounts
  • Forecasts sales, monitors the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
  • Has responsibility for some service activities
  • Collaborates internally with the team to continually strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Travel > 60%
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks and by participating in professional societies


SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Must be located in or near the geographical area listed above or relocating prior to hire.
  • Knowledge of Medical Device products, services, industry, customers, and competition
  • Demonstrated ability to execute the sales process

  • Bachelor's degree required


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience working in a hospital surgical setting (Neurovascular, OR, Cathlab, etc.)
