PAPE' MACHINERY, INC. - CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY DIVISION - SACRAMENTO COUNTYTERRITORY MANAGER (HEAVY CONTRUCTION EQUIPMENT SALES):WHAT YOU'LL DO:As our Territory Manager for Heavy Construction Equipment Sales, you'll step into a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited!
In this position, you'll be more than a salesperson-you'll be a trusted partner to contractors, construction companies, and heavy equipment operators throughout your territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding your customers' operations, and delivering heavy construction equipment solutions that help them improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
You'll spend much of your time in the field, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, visiting jobsites, meeting face-to-face with customers and prospects, and identifying opportunities to grow your business. From excavators, dozers, and wheel loaders to motor graders, articulated dump trucks, and other heavy construction equipment, you'll work with customers to identify the right machines and configurations for their applications and operating needs.
You'll also work closely with our internal product support and rental teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the life of the equipment.

WHAT YOU NEED:- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of heavy construction equipment and its applications preferred.
- Experience in the construction, heavy equipment, or related industries preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment financing and leasing options preferred.
- Excellent customer relations, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Driver's license with a good driving record.
- Experience operating or working around heavy construction equipment preferred.
Compensation: Base + Commission (Depending on Experience)
