Territory Manager, US CNS OncologyField-Based, Connecticut U.S. / Full Time / Exempt / PermanentWHAT YOU'LL DO
- Promote Novocure therapies and build strong customer relationships across oncology practices within your territory
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow adoption and improve patient access
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Partner with neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, and medical oncologists to support patient care
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Scientific Liaisons, Thought Leader Liaisons, Device Support Specialists, Reimbursement, and Sales Operations
- Support reimbursement and billing activities to help facilitate patient access to therapy
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Partner with prescribing physicians and clinical staff to help patients initiate and remain on therapy
- Conduct case reviews with healthcare providers to support continuity of patient care
- Execute regional and corporate strategies while achieving territory business objectives
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 5 years of successful oncology sales or account management experience
- Experience in neuro-oncology and/or radiation oncology strongly preferred
- Knowledge of oncology providers, treatment centers, and healthcare systems within the territory
- Proven ability to manage a complex oncology territory independently
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting sales, reimbursement, and customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Self-motivated with sound judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
These additional qualifications are preferred:
- Established relationships within neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, or academic oncology centers
- Experience launching or growing innovative oncology therapies
- Experience working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional commercial organization
WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $142,000- $174,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
