Job Title: Recruiter/Territory Lead - Calgary, CAN
Direct Report: Executive Vice President, Global Business Development
(Exempt)
Job Summary: Department: Sales & Recruiting
Position: Full-time
The Recruiter/Territory Lead is a position based out of Calgary, CAN. The Recruiter/Territory Lead will report
to the EVP, Global Business Development of the Corporation. The primary purpose of this position is to
proactively manage and grow relationships within our field staff and premier Clients in the Calgary area and
surrounding regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Service Premier Accounts by acting as liaison between Cenergy main office and local client branch
office(s).
• Maintain and update Client profiles affecting services, programs, hiring, training and pricing. Go
above what is expected to provide exceptional support and service to Clients and field employees.
• Develop understanding of Client issues and opportunities to deliver high impact solutions including
forecasting for future programs and opportunities while hitting annual sales goals.
• Communicate Client goals and represent the client and Cenergy interests to internal teams and field
employees.
• Verify all new procedures, program changes, and system modifications have been successfully
communicated and applied to impacted field employees and Client representatives. Conduct regular
account reviews with client to evaluate any changes in client's needs and upcoming initiatives.
• Monitor field staff on site at client programs and develop program support strategies with Client
including screening, interviewing, recruiting, on boarding, training, event participation and off
boarding initiatives.
• Coordinate background investigations, drug screening, reference checking, skills testing and all
other pre-employment testing and processes.
• Support client representatives and Cenergy main office by handling daily client issues, recruiting new
field staff, sales reporting and fulfilling Client requests.
• Monitor and create reports to Clients based upon Employee data (hours worked, cost centers, job
completion, Overtime, hire and end dates, travel, per diem, training, etc.)
• Administer Employee paperwork for new hires and distribution of all completed forms to accounting
and HR departments along with documenting and notifying appropriate divisions of any changes,
increases, corrections in rates, period of performance, Document I-9 Right to Work status of all
employees and maintaining files per DOL required standards. (E Verify and other systems)
• Assist with the review and verification of contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, etc. Assist
administrative team with the implementation of our Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity
Employment programs. Assist with other departments as needed and required (Accounting, Sales,
Recruitment, Management) with focus on promoting various skill and market verticals to current
clients for expansion of services.
• Enter data into the database to reflect period of performance, rate, and other information of assigned
employees.
• Assist EVP with business reviews, presentations, and special projects; Perform additional duties as
assigned.

Experience and Educational Background Description:
• BA Degree Preferred or combination of skills and experience to include 5+ years progressive
responsibilities in the following disciplines: Customer Service, Full-Cycle Recruitment, Executive
Administration, Sales and client interaction/support, preferably within the Oil & Gas/Energy/Refinery
industries
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Superior analytical skills, ability to mine data and
construct metrics
• Extremely detail oriented; Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills; Ability to
work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment; Plans and carries out responsibilities
with minimal direction. Curious, adaptable, and wiliness to learn are key behaviors for success.
