Full Job Description
Are you a dynamic leader who thrives on building strong relationships and connecting with a wide range of individuals? 21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Territory Aftermarket Manager to join our passionate management team. This position will cover our Burlington CO, Cheyenne Wells CO, and Flagler CO locations.

Compensation

Pay: $100,000-$150,000 per year

What Your Day Is Like

As a Territory Aftermarket Manager, you will:
  • Lead and manage the Parts and Service Management teams
  • Engage in ag-tech early-recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with regional schools
  • Monitor technician performance and production to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Optimize CSR utilization and contribute to annual budget planning
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability
  • Drive consistent execution of parts and service processes across your territory

What's Needed
  • 3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations
  • Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams
  • Strong knowledge of salary and commission-based compensation
  • Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards)
  • Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed
