  • Conduct vigorous self-initiated sales call activities
  • Perform job walk-downs in industrial facilities

Full Job Description
What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Drive specifications of Chemelex products and services at owner accounts.
  • Pursuing and securing projects that involve any combination of product supply, engineering, and construction services.
  • Customers include, but are not limited to, end users, engineering firms, and OEMs.
  • Track project opportunities and manage customers in CRM system and establish a winning strategy resulting in project awards.
  • Coordination with proposal/estimating groups, engineering, project management, and construction teams.
  • Vigorous self-initiated sales call activity required
    • Some regional travel required (primary sales activity in Southeast Texas region with periodic travel to Houston home office)
  • Chemelex will provide training for all new hires which may include formal training modules and/or mentorship through on-the-job training.


You have:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Ideally 10 + years of previous experience in or with Technical or Industrial sales
  • Previous experience in or with SalesForce or comparable CRM tool, Microsoft Office
  • Skills:
