Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in operations management or transportation/logistics
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA Regulations, especially Hours of Service
• Experience with dispatch software like TMW and/or McLeod
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement preferred
• Ability to perform hands-on duties in a truck terminal

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the trucking operation at the Buffalo terminal
• Manage the maintenance shop and tank wash operations
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Provide effective leadership and communication to staff
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Facilitate excellent customer service and client interactions
• Coordinate dispatch and logistics processes effectively
