Join us as a Tendering Leader where you'll lead a team through complex, high-value opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking, commercial expertise, and leadership to deliver winning solutions that drive business growth.

What you will do:

  • Lead, develop, and enable a team of Tender Managers while building a high-performing tendering organization.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development to continuously enhance team capability and performance.
  • Own tendering governance within the assigned business perimeter and ensure compliance with Schneider Electric processes, policies, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Drive business performance and accountability for tendering outcomes, deliverables, and results.
  • Manage medium-complexity Power Systems and Digital Power tendering activities, supporting contractor, distributor, and customer-facing opportunities.
  • Lead organizational and process transformation initiatives that improve tendering effectiveness and support evolving business needs.
  • Partner closely with commercial, technical, legal, compliance, contracts, and business stakeholders throughout the bid and tendering process.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and executive leadership expectations.
  • Support strategic decision-making and assume accountability for business and operational outcomes.
  • Remain actively engaged in tendering activities and provide hands-on support during high-priority or resource-constrained situations.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and operational excellence across the tendering organization.
  • Help scale and develop a growing team as the organization expands.

  • Experience managing complex commercial opportunities, bids, tenders, or project pursuits.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a proven ability to take ownership and accountability for results.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, contracts, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive change, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to remain hands-on and actively support tendering activities when required.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
