Compensation and Benefits- $90,000 - $135,529 annual starting salary (certificated salary schedule)
- 183 day calendar
- Master's and Doctoral supplements of $3,056.00
- Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time.Staff have the choice of many HMO/PPO medical plans including several that require no employee contribution for full family coverage. CUHSD contribution of up to $1,675.27 - $4,107.51 monthly ($18,427.97 - $45,182.61 annually) for full-time employees' medical, dental and vision. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status.
- We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not to include any credentialing fees).
- We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District toward salary placement.
