Position requires occasional shifts on site in Farmingdale, NY. 

Our Telehealth RNs coordinate the Telehealth program for Catholic Home Care to insure the optimal utilization of the technology to enhance patient care and clinical excellence.  Adhering to Catholic Home Care department policies and procedures and TJC/regulatory agency requirements.  Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong clinical skills and 2-3 years recent hospital/home care experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Skills
• Acute care telemetry or triage experience is preferred

Licensure:

• Current New York State RN license 
• Current BLS Certification
