Full Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex, multi-phase technology implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration across all departments and systems while emphasizing scalability and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption and minimize resistance to technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring they deliver maximum impact.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including external consultants and vendors, to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget.
  • Design and deploy advanced monitoring and evaluation frameworks to gauge the effectiveness of new technologies and pinpoint areas for continuous improvement.
  • Provide tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues post-implementation, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, promoting early adoption of emerging technologies and best practices throughout the organization.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in software development with a proven track record of leading and managing global-scale technology rollouts and training programs.

Special Requirements: Experience in each of the following specialized skills:

  • Two years of experience in mentoring and developing junior technology trainers and integrators.
  • Two years of extensive hands-on experience with Crestron devices, VMware, Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate, OpenAI, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Networking, and Security Camera systems.
  • Strong understanding of business-critical technology and the transformative potential of new technologies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in advanced networking protocols, security camera systems, and cybersecurity measures, encompassing deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technological concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, and online tutorials.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain current with emerging technologies, integrate them into training programs, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset towards technology integration and innovation.
